Buy Car Strut Top Mounts | Front & Rear Cheap | Spares Hut

Top mounts are found on the front and rear of your car. They are used for helping your vehicle absorb bumps and vibrations in the road. This in turn will help protect many suspension parts on your car.

Strut mounts are also very durable having an average life span of 10 years. They are  strengthened by an inner steal ring and the outer layer is made up of rubber and plastic. Intengrated into the front are roller bearings which aren't in the rear strut mounts, these help lighten the steering.

Although top mounts are very durable, they can fail and its very important you know how to diagnose the issue. In order to recognise a bad top strut mount here are a few things you must look out for:

  • Uneven tyre wear
  • Bad alignment (tracking)
  • Noisy when going on rough road or over bumps
If you do find out that you have a faulty stop mount you can buy a replacement here at the most affordable prices. Check out the huge range we have available below or use our intelligent search to find your part.
